We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our Digital Marketing team as an SEO Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in SEO, with a focus on blogger outreach and acquiring quality backlinks. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our website.
Responsibilities:
1. Blogger Outreach:
Identify and establish relationships with relevant bloggers, influencers, and industry experts.
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content for outreach campaigns.
Conduct outreach activities to secure guest posting opportunities and collaborations.
2. Backlink Acquisition:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes to adapt link-building strategies accordingly.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with the content team to align content creation with SEO objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
4. Reporting:
Provide regular reports on the performance of SEO efforts, including key metrics and insights.
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of backlink acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
A. Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO, with a focus on blogger outreach and backlink acquisition.
B. Overall understanding of On-Page SEO is a plus.
C. Knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
D. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
E. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
F. Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
3. Set specific objectives and report.
4. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
5. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
6. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
7. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog
layout)
8. Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Requirements
1. 1 to 3 years of work experience as a social media marketer.
2. Hands-on experience in content management
3. Excellent copywriting skills
4. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
5. Knowledge of online marketing channels
6. Familiarity with web design
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
