Job description

Responsible for the day to day running of any given section.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining high sanitation standards in the work station.

To be full aware of all the safety and hygiene at work regulations in accordance Act 1971.

The cleanliness, stock control, organization and standards of the section.

Able to take controls and creates team spirit. have a high level of experience gained from various quality establishments.

To comply with all hotel and company policies.

To carry out any reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the company.

Produce fresh quality and tasty food well presented in a hygienic environment to ensure guest satisfaction at all time
