We have an urgent opening for a Customer Care Executive

Location : Udyog Vihar phase 4, Gurgaon

Budget : Up to 3 LPA

Excellent communication in both English and Hindi

Graduate from any field.

Good in Hindi Writing Skill.

Fresher and Experienced both can apply.

24/7 Rotational Shift.

Day shift for females till 8 pm/ Rotational for male.

• Efficiently handling inbound calls.

• handling customer concerns and complaints regarding banking transactions in a timely manner.

• interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

• catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution.

• dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
