Job Description At JGR Bullion, we are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Office Executive/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. You will play a key role in providing information about current silver bullion prices and directing calls to the appropriate department.
Key Responsibilities - Reception and Welcome:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Call Management:
- Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide information regarding current silver bullion prices to callers.
- Direct calls to the relevant department or individual, ensuring efficient call routing.
- Client Inquiries:
- Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about our silver bullion products and services.
- Assist in resolving general customer queries and provide basic information about our buying and selling processes.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring an organized calendar.
- Send reminders to clients and employees about upcoming appointments.
- Visitor Management:
- Maintain a visitor log and oversee visitor access, ensuring security and compliance with protocols.
- Notify employees of visitor arrivals and manage the check-in process.
- Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and company personnel.
- Relay messages accurately and promptly to the appropriate recipients.
- Assist with email communication and correspondence when necessary.
- Office Supplies Management:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, including stationery.
- Place orders for necessary supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate.
Qualifications And Skills - High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and telephone systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
