Aftermarket Sales at Dinex As our new Export Sales Manager – located in India, you will join our global team, which serves as a key function at Dinex through growing our aftermarket sales, by increasing our current market penetration and exploring new market potential. We are a team of highly motivated professionals who work on defining and executing the high ambitions of Dinex – and we make sure to have fun from time to time. Qualifications 2-5 years experience in the Automotive / Commercial vehicle sector within a sales environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills. Analytical data awareness to spot trends and opportunities. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers. Proactive, confident and self-motivated. Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure follow-up. IT knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel and e-commerce) Basic technical understanding of automotive products. Automotive aftermarket experience preferred. Experience within a field sales role preferred. Full driving license. Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for sales performance, customer relations and budget achievement for the Rest of World countries (ROW). Prepare strategy for the region for coming years including obtaining vehicle information. Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships focused on targeted sales growth by being actively present in the field (min 4 days a week). Identify and pursue new business opportunities, plan and register in CRM. Prepare weekly visit plans and hold regular internal follow-up reviews to enable customer/company priorities. Prepare and present customer proposals, reports, and communications as required. Support internal sales support to provide cover as required. Ensure utilization of our customer relationship management tools. (Power BI, Sales Excellence & CRM) Attend trade shows/exhibitions and represent the company. Travel is required throughout the APAC region. And occasionally to other Dinex locations globally. Continuously provide feedback on customer and market trends.
