Job description

The primary focus of this role is helping Services team manage projects across services portfolio. Common tasks include: Responsibilities for Senior Delivery Manager Oversee multiple complex software projects ensuring high client satisfaction and successful delivery with strategic oversight and management. Collaborate with sales/VP Delivery on contract lifecycle, management, especially those nearing expiration, and identify further client opportunities. Handle the end-to-end delivery process, from initial engagement to project close-out, ensuring the implementation of both agile and waterfall methodologies, as appropriate to the context. Closely manage software project scope, timeline, budget, client dependencies ensuring excellence in execution and proactive risk management. The Senior Delivery Manager role is critical in ensuring that delivery software service team skills are emphasized, rather than just coordinating projects as in a traditional program or project management role. Ensure the establishment and tracking of key delivery metrics and outcomes. Lead client escalations with strategic solutions, always emphasizing customer satisfaction. Drive delivery-centric discussions and strategies, prioritizing customer success and the potential for repeat business. Provide executive-level reporting on project status, financials, and client satisfaction metrics. Participate in the review of Statements of Work and create change requests as necessary to update and extend the project scope. Craft and nurture a delivery culture that can work with clients from diverse sectors, focusing on the success of complex IT solutions. Efficient Planning & Prioritization: Manages time and adopts flexible project delivery methodologies, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes. Organized Execution & Calm Problem-Solving: Effectively navigates the complexities of delivery management under pressure Effective Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Drives clear and impactful communication across all levels of project delivery stakeholder groups. Resource Management & Delegation: Optimizes delivery resources across multiple projects to ensure successful outcomes. Informed Decision-Making & Commitment: Demonstrates a strong delivery focus in decision-making while upholding commitments

Qualifications for Senior Delivery Manager: Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, relationship-building, and proven delivery leadership leading to repeat business. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Proven experience managing delivery teams daily as part of the SDLC lifecycle, with a strong command of both agile and more traditional project management practices. Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated delivery success across various technology platforms and client industries. Openness to candidates with experience in diverse environments, even if not directly involving Unica, Adobe. Salesforce platforms, acknowledging that excellent delivery skills are transferable. Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on cultivating long-term relationships with various organizational stakeholders. Candidates with experience in Enterprise marketing automation suites like Unica, Adobe is highly preferred Ability to directly manage cross-functional delivery teams across clients, vendors, and Green Irony. Adaptability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms as part of delivery management responsibilities. Willingness to travel up to 20% if required. Desired Certifications: PMP Certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification Any relevant industry credentials that demonstrate expertise in delivery management and methodologies Should have executive presence Experience in handling BFSI customers is highly desirable Experience in handling government customers is desirable
