• The Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) is responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients, customers, and internal teams
• This role involves transitioning from a substaff position to a customer-facing role, contributing to business growth, and providing excellent service

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:Engage with clients and customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions
• Relationship Building:Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Sales Support:Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and providing necessary support
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Communication:Effectively communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings
• Provide product or service information and educate clients on relevant offerings
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and other relevant information
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by the organization
• Problem Resolution:Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
