10+ years experience; latest in a senior-level role for a shared services/competence centre for Global IBD, Strategy Consultant, Big 4 or data provider based in India
You have worked in the in the financial/professional services industry and have a strong interest in this area
Successfully managed a team of people managers
Previous experience and affinity with the PE market is a plus
Intrigued by and experienced in detailed company analysis and research
World-class communication skills
