Job description

Purpose of the position: Schedules and Facilitate TA assessments, courses, programs, and support services to help candidates/employees show and improve their job knowledge and skills. (Start with either Procedure writing and Quality First, expand based on capabilities and availability).

Principal Responsibilities Schedules and Facilitate TA assessments, courses, programs and support services to help candidates/employees show and improve their job knowledge and skills. (Start with either Procedure writing and Quality First, expand based on capabilities and availability). Maintain effective communication with hiring departments, candidates and Talent team members. Perform Daily TA Operations/Activities, such as conduct assessments/optimization, TA weekly team meeting, social media management, NHRA, POC of the Tech relevant/Information Security relevant activities in Talent Department, etc. Avoid clerical errors, such as spelling mistake, space, format issue in the daily work including email writing and daily update. Leverage ReSourcePro operational experience to improve quality of TA programs to help candidates/employees connect concepts to real work efforts (e.g., simulate real work environment in current assessments/trainings, etc). Work with internal & external content experts (SDU team trainer/leader) to design, develop and revise a variety of activities and materials for TA assessments, courses, programs, products and support services. Communicate with Manager: Summarizes and reports each trainee’s progress or problems to manager clearly and in a timely manner Understand business needs and apply operational expertise to execute recruitment by using process and data, maintaining/improving quality and productivity during daily work. Update corresponding recruiting records accurately and timely; Assist to generate basic reports based on the requirements. Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates on the recruitment activities; Prepare relevant documents/reports/analysis/materials/PPTs to provide updates; Report any significant issues/support required to the function lead timely.
