We are looking to hire a Website Manager (B2C) with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of problem-solving skills. Expect to have meticulous attention to detail.

Operational Responsibilities: Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the brand’s website/ sales & promoting brand visibility. Ecommerce Website’s operational knowledge is required. Identifying and responding to all website security breaches. Responsible for creating product listings and maintaining the site. Conducting regular content of the website. Monitoring competition strategies daily, such as products, consumer offers (discounts, bank offers, coupons), and so on. Operational challenges and resolution of the same i.e Logistics, IT, Warehousing, etc. Interaction with the Third-Party in relation to troubleshooting for tech, follow up for new development, new upload, or existing changes if any. Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards. CRM requirements and their fulfillment. Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans. Improving the user experience of the website regularly. Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.

Affiliate Marketing Responsibilities: Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with the brand and social media strategy. Developing new social media strategies and campaigns. Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.

Requirements: Must have good knowledge of Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, SEO) Good team management skills. Expert knowledge of Excel. 2-5 years of work experience as a website manager. Apparel Background is an added advantage. Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Efficient time management skills with the ability to multitask.
