Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Head of Business Development role at Swipe Message in Noida. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as business planning, sales, analytical skills, account management, and business development.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Provide guidance, motivation, and mentorship to team members.

Sales Target Achievement:

Set and communicate sales targets and quotas.

Monitor and evaluate team performance against targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

Sales Forecasting:

Analyze sales data and market trends to make accurate sales forecasts.

Adjust strategies based on sales performance and market feedback.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the sales department budget.

Optimize resources to achieve cost-effectiveness.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams for integrated business planning.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Sales Process Optimization:

Streamline and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance productivity.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Use market research to identify opportunities and potential challenges.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on sales performance.

Provide regular reports to the leadership team on sales activities and outcomes.

Sales Training and Development:

Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for the sales team.

Keep the team updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Contract Negotiation:

Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.

Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize agreements.

Risk Management:

Assess and manage risks associated with sales activities.

Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.
