Job description
This position is open to experienced Business Development professionals.
Also, responsible for revenue and business growth. The individual will implement
business development strategy and deliver company proposals, and manage clients
sales initiatives that are consistent with the companys overall strategy.
We offer reasonable freedom in hunting for new business partners and bringing in
revenues. You will be closely working with the Regional Engagement Managers and
Management team.

To learn and grow quickly. We are looking for Associates -Business development to
work on our Next Generation Service practices.
Understand products and services offered by HTH Global Network
partner Services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to
external clients.
· Willing to travel throughout the designated region and expand the
business.
· Lead generation, lead qualification, prospecting, market study, target
geographic locations in order to make pipeline
· Attend to sales inquiries, generate sales quotations and provide detailed
technical advice on products /services
· Focus on brand development and exceeding sales goals of our clientele.
· Discovery of strategic business opportunities for our customers through
cross function collaboration with category teams, sales teams etc.
· Track and monitor performance and sales of key accounts to manage
their performance
· Number centric and strives to meet or exceed sales targets on daily,
weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
· Support the marketing team and Analysts towards competitive
positioning analysis of new leads and existing clients.
· Provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast through
the CRM system.
· Practice effective, excellent communication with leadership, customers,
and extended team and partners.
· Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including
strategic planning, sales training, customer marketing efforts, and
customer care.
· Follow up with analysts/customers for order closure, communicating with
operations for order processing and managing customers thereof.
· Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, attending
events, participating in training sessions.
· Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership
for accomplishing new and renewal goals.
· Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
Bachelor or equivalent, in Business, IT. MBA is a plus.
·1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, business
development, or partner management.
· Strong field-based enterprise sales experience. Complex sales / solution
sales and extensive large figure deal experience.
· Ability to develop and execute Business Development strategies, sales
tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs.
· Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and
resourceful.
· Candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and
written along with any widely spoken language. Also need to have very
good organizational skills.
· Ability to speak the local language is desirable
· Consistent over achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
· Knowledge in IT Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, IT Networking, Cloud products are must
· Candidate must be effective in using Microsoft office and presentation
skills
