Job description
Responsibilities :- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.- Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks effectively and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues proactively, and implement corrective actions as needed.- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.- Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and quality standards.- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to minimize potential project disruptions.- Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management methodologies and technologies.Qualifications :- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to scope.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and relevant technical software (depending on the specific projects).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Manager role with PMP certification- Hands on experience with Java Stack, Angular JS, Mobile development technologies like Flutte (ref:hirist.tech)
