Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: Driving 100% audit completion as per required sample size. Monitoring the team performance and cultivating continuous improvement in the process Design and deploy Quality Assurance Framework for new transitions Facilitate lean projects and process improvement initiatives to gain productive benefits Managing attrition rate through people management skills Enforcing compliance Quality Management Standards Reviewing and approving the cross skill and up skill training plans for the team Handling quality disputes and conducting quality data analysis to set up action plans Periodic review of QRD ( Quality review document) and seeking sign off from stakeholders Review RCAs, Reporting as required Driving QA efficiency and performance management Support/lead change management; process, control & technology Leading reduction of variation (RCA/calibration) Driving checklist/reporting standardization Adherence to QA framework & SOX compliance Provides formal and informal performance feedback to team members (1 X 1 discussions on a monthly basis, record & share the MoM) Ensure timely performance discussions are closed for QA resources (as per organization policies) Maintain the updated & consolidated defect log for all the processes Primary Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent communication and influencing skills (written & verbal) Green Belt preferred Intermediate Excel, Documentation (Flowcharts, SIPOC, QRD etc.) and Presentation skills Ability to work well with all stakeholders to build credibility quickly, and to improve team's performance Ability to identify root causes, and develop pragmatic recommendations; able to develop a solution and solve problems creativelyJob tags
