Job description
Job Purpose
The Accounts Executive is responsible for preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Staff Salary & Staff Loan Interest Calculation
- Payment of brokerage-sub broker
- Institute Brokerage and STT
- Exchange Pay In-Out & Pay-in Pay-out of client funds
- NBFC client's fund transfer
- Internal Fund Transfer & Vallan Recos
- Interest Calculation-Monthly & Daily Interest
- OD Interest Calculation(BOI) & Commitment Charges (BOI)
- Reimbursement of PT
- TDS & TDS Return
- GSTR1, GSTR2A & GSTR3B
- Query solving related to Audit(Accounts)
- Bank reconciliation & Bank Receipt and Payment entries
Qualifications
- Education – Any Graduate/Post Graduate

- Patience
Working conditions
Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Share Market/Corporate industry.
Direct reports
- The candidate will be directly reporting to the HOD.
