Summary
We are looking for a candidate with 510 years experience in wealth management (clientfacing) and a killer sales instinct to join Klub and spearhead our fundraising efforts for our inhouse credit funds as well as other debt/equity fundraising.

Klub is India s largest Revenue Based Financing platform offering nondilutive capital up to 30 crores for consumer brands across 35 sectors (F&B Fashion Health & Wellness Electronics Cloud Kitchens & more). We have facilitated nearly 1500 investments in leading brands of India including BluSmart Third Wave Coffee Roasters SMOOR Tagz Foods Hero Electric Bewakoof & more! We are a three year old startup funded by leading global investors such as Peak XV Surge 9Unicorns GMO Alter Global and EMVC.
About the Role
We are hiring a Founders Staff at our Bangalore office. The responsibilities for the role include:
- Founder s Staff at Klub work with the cofounders on multiple strategic initiatives such as new product launches financial and business modelling growth strategies etc.
- The priority for this role will be to support the CEO and Head CorpDev in fundraising across debt equity and our inhouse credit funds.
- This will involve reaching out to potential investors doing introductory calls responding to data requests and taking leads to closure.
- It will also include working with internal stakeholders to respond to data requests collating customised data rooms working on documentation etc.
- While fundraising will be the primary focus initially (6080% of time) the role will also support the CEO & COO in other priorities from time to time.
Requirements
- 510 years work experience in wealth management in clientfacing roles. This will not be the right role for researchoriented candidates in wealth management.
- Killer sales mindset with the ability to form deep relationships with HNIs family offices wealth advisors etc. An existing network is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in identifying leads reaching out to them and securing a first conversation. We are ideally looking for candidates who have done this at scale though that is not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills incl. being able to summarise dense content for readers who are short on time.
- Ability to create powerpoint and excel files that other stakeholders can easily understand. Advanced excel skills are a bonus but not required.
- Exceptional projectmanagement skills incl. managing dozens of threads at the same time and providing visibility to managers through trackers updates etc.
- Exposure to fundraising for funds is preferred but not mandatory.
