Experience : 5yrs Salary Budget : upto 12lpa Job Overview We are hiring a HIS Product Manager who will be responsible for managing the product development and strategy for our healthcare information system (HIS) software. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems and industry standards, such as HL7, HIPAA, and EHR.
- Proven track record of successfully managing software product development and launching new products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Experience with HIS software or related healthcare technologies is a plus.
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our healthcare information system (HIS) software.
- Define product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Track and analyze key product metrics, including usage, customer satisfaction, and revenue, and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements.
- Serve as a product expert and provide training and support to internal teams and external customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in healthcare information systems.
