Role Description

As an Architect, you will play a key role in all phases of the design and construction process, working closely with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with project design, development, and documentation, from conceptual sketches to construction drawings.
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
• Preparing and maintaining construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Participating in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.

Experience

3-5 Years

Expected Skills

• Good understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in software, such as Revit, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Coordination of services with consultants
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working on a variety of project types, including commercial, residential, and institutional.
