Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
• Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
Performance Management:
• Coordinate and facilitate performance appraisal processes.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
HR Policy Development and Implementation:
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Labor laws and organizational objectives.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Work on compensation analysis and design competitive salary structures.
• Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize HR analytics to generate insights and reports for management decisionmaking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
Compliance and Legal:
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
• Manage the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to improve retention strategies.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and talent management.
Requirement
• Proven experience as an HR professional, with a focus on corporate HR functions.
• MBA or PGDM in HR discipline from a reputed college.
• Strong understanding of Labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
