- Drive analytics maturity and value extraction across the organization
- Frames and aligns the analytics vision & strategy to the business strategy
- Define, design, and manage the roadmap for data strategy along with C-level stakeholders.
- Support the data analytics and data science team to support the scaling of the data platform and deliver business value
The Successful Applicant
9-12 years professional experience with data technologies
- Proficient in building in AI/ML predictive algorithms, end to end lifecycle of advanced analytics solutions.
- Strong technical background with expertise in programming languages such as R/Python/Knime
- Expert in building models across functional streams such as media, Revenue Growth Management, Sales Planning & Marketing Effectiveness
- In-depth knowledge of business and industry with a Strategic mindset who can drive impetus to key projects/priorities.
- Comfortable, experienced, and accomplished at working with business executives, and able to push back in a professional and diplomatic way.
- Highly collaborative and supportive of business and of its ideals and strategies.
- Highly innovative with aptitude for foresight, systems thinking and design thinking.
