Job description
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and design effective test strategies.
Identify document and track software defects ensuring timely resolution.
Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to increase test efficiency.
Perform regression testing to validate software quality and ensure the stability of releases.
Participate in test strategy planning test estimation and risk analysis.
Provide clear and detailed reports on test results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers to facilitate timely issue resolution and improve overall product quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
45 years of experience in software testing with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
Strong expertise in testing methodologies test planning test data preparation and test case design.
Proficient in using automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium JUnit TestNG or similar.
Solid understanding of programming languages (e.g. Java Python) to write and maintain automated test scripts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Detailoriented with a strong analytical mindset and problemsolving skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications in manual testing or automation testing are a plus.
