Role Description
This is a full-time remote Co-Founder role at akshda r & d centre. The Co-Founder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with growing the business, developing and implementing company strategies, creating a strong company culture, and overseeing all operations. The Co-Founder will have a strong leadership presence, will work closely with the team, and drive the company's mission forward.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in sales and marketing, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Research skills and a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
- Experience with fundraising and pitching to potential investors
- Experience in a startup environment, with the ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to change
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
