Job description

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

What you'll do:

1. End to end communication with the clients and service providers in all areas of Client relationship management.
2. Responsible for maintaining successful & lasting relationships with clients and vendors.
3. Ability to plan, develop and manage client requirements and drive projects, typically several at once.
4. Ability to accurately provide clients briefs, inputs, and feedback to the internal team.
5. Maintain & coordinate within various in-house departments : Creative & Development teams
6. Ensure delivery of committed deliverables and ability to manage social media platforms and keen follower of marketing trends.
7. Capable of meeting tight deadlines and assigned targets.
8. Reporting & follow-up with clients.
9. Ability to analyze data, make inferences and make recommendations from ad platforms and public

information.

What you'll need:

1. Impeccable verbal and written English.
2. Experience in Digital Marketing, creative services, concept selling.
3. Understanding of how digital marketing works.
4. High attention to detail.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
7. Proficiency with MS Office and Google for Work
