Job Title : Power BI DeveloperLocation : Remote (IST - Indian Standard Time)Experience : 5+ yearsPayment Terms : OpenDuration : 6 Months (extendable based on performance)Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and report development.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with business users to understand data visualization needs and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI for analysis.- Optimize and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports and dashboards.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Power BI and business intelligence.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a minimum of 5 years in business intelligence and analytics.- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX expressions, and Power Query.- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.- Experience in designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly reports and dashboards.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Additional Requirements :- Ability to work independently and remotely in an IST time zone.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.- Open to flexible payment terms.Contract duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
