Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of technical recruitment practices and have a demonstrated ability to source screen and hire toptier talent across various technical domains. Additionally candidates should have a good understanding of web application tools and technologies.

Responsibilities :

  1. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media platforms networking events and referrals.
  2. Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates with relevant skills and experience in web application development.
  3. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications technical expertise and cultural fit with a specific focus on web application tools.
  4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs within the web development space.
  5. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to web application tools.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and market demand related to web development to inform recruitment efforts.
  7. Coordinate interview schedules technical assessments and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Manage candidate relationships from initial contact through to onboarding ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  9. Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and strategies.
  10. Assist in negotiation and closing of offers including compensation packages and start dates for candidates.

Requirements


Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources.

  1. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter with 3 to 6 years of experience.
  2. Strong understanding of various technologies programming languages frameworks and tools commonly used in web application development.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates effectively hiring managers and team members.
  4. Ability to multitask prioritize workload and thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  6. A proactive and resultsdriven approach to recruitment with a focus on delivering quality hires.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
