Job description
The BU CISO for Mumbai International Airports Limited will be responsible for ensuring a strong Cybersecurity Posture for the Company. He/She will proactive identify Cybersecurity risks and work closely with the Group Cybersecurity Organisation to help mitigate these risks. The person needs to have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field with strong experinece of OT and IIOT Security, In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry and associated security challenges post a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Key Responsibilities for the BU CISO will be as follows: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for Mumbai International Airport Limited Establish and maintain a robust cybersecurity framework to protect critical infrastructure, data, and assets. Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support in managing security risks. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to cybersecurity and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the company's systems Job Description and processes. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular reports and briefings to senior management on the state of cybersecurity within the organization. Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, and vendors. Technical Skills Required:Strong knowledge of OT (Operational Technology) security and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) security. Experience with implementing and managing cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions. Familiarity with cloud security and securing renewable energy control systems. Understanding of cryptography, network security, and secure coding practices. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent. Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent Behavioral Skills required: Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing cybersecurity risks.Job tags
