THE ROLE
As a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives forward. You'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies across various digital channels to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase conversion rates. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity and analytical thinking are valued.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert on digital marketing within the organization, providing guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A person who can work onsite - Ambala, Haryana location.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated campaigns.
- Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
