Odoo Functional Lead (Finance )

As a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant specializing in the Finance module, you will be a crucial part of our consultancy team, leveraging your deep understanding of financial processes to provide expert guidance to our clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, implement, and optimize Odoo solutions tailored to meet specific financial requirements.

Responsibilities:

Financial Requirements Analysis:
Work closely with finance teams to comprehensively understand business processes and financial reporting needs.
Conduct detailed analysis of financial workflows and compliance requirements.

Functional Customization:
Customize and configure the Odoo Finance module to align with unique client requirements.
Implement and optimize financial workflows, reporting structures, and automation processes.

Implementation and Project Management:
Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP projects with a focus on the Finance module.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

User Training and Support:
Provide end-user training on the Odoo Finance module, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues related to the Finance module.

Integration and Collaboration:
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Finance module with other Odoo modules and external systems.
Provide insights on best practices for integrating Odoo with third-party financial tools.

Data Migration and Validation:
Oversee the migration of financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Validate and troubleshoot data migration issues, ensuring data integrity.

Documentation:
Create comprehensive documentation for finance module configurations, customizations, and best practices.
Contribute to the development of standardized documentation for the finance consulting team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant with a focus on the Finance module.

In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.

Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules, particularly the Finance module.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both finance professionals and technical stakeholders.

Certification in Odoo implementation and finance-related certifications are highly desirable.

Technical Support Executive-VOIP

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Executive located in Kochi. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for day-to-day customer support and technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service for our solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage the implementation of Contact Centre projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
Handle multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously while requiring little or no oversight and/or direction
Assess solution specifications in light of customer requirements and recommend solution designs and changes that optimize value for both the customer and Voxtron

Key Requirements:

Minimum of year of experience in a Professional Services Implementation position
Contact Centre industry experience is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of contact center technology, IVR, ACD, VoIP, Unified Comms, and Contact Centre practices
Working knowledge of CRM and Lead Management solutions (Salesforce/ Siebel/ Odoo/Sage etc) will be an added advantage
BE/BTech in a technical discipline or equivalent experience is required.

Key Skills:

Must be an independent self-starter possessing excellent time management skills and be able to manage multiple implementation activities simultaneously
Ability to operate with minimal guidance; must be able to exercise sound judgment and decision-making in challenging situations
Prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliver on commitments; must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in supporting global customers in multiple geographies
Must be an expert at developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients; impeccable communication skills and the ability to understand clients’ needs are imperative
Working knowledge of Networking, API, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR, and Call Center practices
Willing to work a schedule that supports customers in various GCC time zones
