Job Description :We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers and driving the technical direction of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for building high-quality software solutions.Responsibilities :Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them succeed in their roles.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and technical specifications.Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet business objectives and quality standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.Serve as a technical expert and point of escalation for complex technical issues, troubleshooting problems and finding effective solutions.Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.Requirements :Proven experience as a software engineer, with a track record of delivering high-quality software products.Prior experience in a leadership role, managing and coaching software development teams.Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, or JavaScript, along with proficiency in relevant frameworks and technologies.Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable software systems.Excellent leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and drive results.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and ideas clearly and effectively.Preferred Qualifications :Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code.Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.Familiarity with modern software development practices such as microservices architecture, containerization, and serverless computing.Job Location : Pune (ref:hirist.tech)
