Gather information and analyze to develop a thorough understanding of Micro- markets / Catchments via the following: Demographics, Population, Density, Households, and Purchasing Power etc.
Identify multiple option of properties as per as infrastructure requirements.
Rental benchmarking with other brands, gather information and assess the property to understand its strengths and challenges.
Coordinate with legal and project team for feasibility and due diligence requirement.
Coordinate with legal team and landlord for property signing and registration.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures that will enable the company to expand its product offerings and geographic reach.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, including key decision makers in retail organizations.
Collaborate with cross – functional teams, including sales, marketing and operations to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
Negotiate and close deals with clients including contract terms and pricing.
Monitor and report on sales and business development activities including progress towards revenue targets and market trends.
