Requirements:

  • Shall be able to source resumes from job portals & other sources.
  • Should be well versed with sourcing from social media like LinkedIn etc.
  • Shall be able to screen profiles as per the requirements shared by clients.
  • Shall be able to manage complete recruitment cycle - Market pool mapping to Final Onboarding of the selected candidates.
  • Shall be able to communicate well with prospective candidates and clients (as per the role).
  • Shall build and maintain a healthy relationship with prospective Candidates.
  • Shall be able to communicate effectively with Prospective Candidates.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective negotiating skills.
  • Familiarity with online job-hunting websites.

Requirements

Preferred Skill Sets:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resource.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent acquisition.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Proficient in using MS -Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

Experience in Bulk hiring.
