Requirements: - Shall be able to source resumes from job portals & other sources.
- Should be well versed with sourcing from social media like LinkedIn etc.
- Shall be able to screen profiles as per the requirements shared by clients.
- Shall be able to manage complete recruitment cycle - Market pool mapping to Final Onboarding of the selected candidates.
- Shall be able to communicate well with prospective candidates and clients (as per the role).
- Shall build and maintain a healthy relationship with prospective Candidates.
- Shall be able to communicate effectively with Prospective Candidates.
- Out-of-the-box thinker.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective negotiating skills.
- Familiarity with online job-hunting websites.
Requirements Preferred Skill Sets: - Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resource.
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent acquisition.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English.
- Analytical Skills.
- Proficient in using MS -Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
Experience in Bulk hiring.
