Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and company vision
Act as a bridge between management and employee by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
Attract global talent by ensuring right branding initiatives
Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Developing clear policies and ensure policy awareness
Nurture a positive work environment
Oversee and manage a performance management process
Maintain and update compensation and benefits program as per industry trends and government statute
Assess training needs and monitor training programs
Report to management and aid decision making through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Mentor and grow talent team based on business requirements
Requirements and skills
Thinking strategically is a must!
Proven experience in scaling a startup to 200 employees will be an added advantage
People oriented and results-driven
Experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
Ability to educate and coach in-house talent team
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy
