Job Title: Tele Caller Location: Jagatpura Qualification : Graduate and Post graduate Salary : 13,000-18,000Per month+ incentives Experience : Fresher & Experience Shift : Day Job Summary As a Tele caller, your duties will include making phone calls to potential customers, obtaining leads, and advertising goods and services. Persuading potential clients to make a purchase or set up an appointment is your main objective. Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script. Introduce and explain products or services to prospects. Gather information and maintain a database of potential customers. Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential customers Build rapport with customers to create a positive and lasting impression. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide feedback to the sales team on customer responses and concerns. Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role. Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and objections. Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using CRM software. Efficient time management to handle a high volume of calls. Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
