Hiring for Sourcing Experience @ HCL office SEZ Chennai.
E0.2 & E1.2 Band 3 to 10 Yrs of experience in Procurement Scope: PR PO conversion, Sourcing / RFx Support, Contract Administration Activities: 1. PR PO processing- • Receive and review incoming requests through various for procurement of goods or services • Obtaining quotes for products or services from defined Vendors/Suppliers • Verify and assess the quotation's accuracy, pricing, and availability of products or services ensuring the quotes align with the terms specified in the contract agreements. • Creating Purchase Orders (POs) • Routing PO for approvals , ensure that they are approved and issuing PO to Vendor • Getting acknowledgement from Supplier that PO was received • Coordinate with the core site team, supplier We are inviting applications for Category executives to Draft & Execute Contract, Sourcing & Procurement Description: We are in need of individuals with experience in facing offshore clients (Direct Client Handling) of Various Sectors such as Manufacturing, Mining, FMCG, Aerospace, EMS Etc., Individuals must have robust skills in Contact management, Sourcing through Sourcing strategies, Procurement to Payment execution & vendor Quality management. Should be self- driven, Self-motivated & Confident to face hurdles head on, should be able to communicate & appease management on KPI, Data Analytics & present Feedback on outcomes to management & client’s This is an immediate Joining Opportunity (non-Negotiable) Role Responsibilities Create SOP’s for the KT provided & Train Colleagues on the processes Sourcing & Contact management Source the Supplier Needed for Support of Categories Legal compliance - Contract & Sign NDA’s & Create MSA Between Client & Vendor Manage & maintain SOW, POC, Amendments Should be able to profile a Category, analyze market & develop sourcing strategies Negotiate using sourcing strategies (In, Out, vertical, Global, Joint venture Sourcing) Implement, integrate vendors/Supplies & create bench marking SOP’s Procurement & Supply chain RFQ/RFP/RFI Events to be done on a needed basis Prudent Negotiation with Supplier’s based on Sourcing strategies Create Orders, Follow-up with suppliers on deliveries & Update Tracking information Manage with Warehouse for receipt & Match & process the payment. Minimum Qualifications Graduate with Decent range Minimum 1 year of Proven Contract, Sourcing & procurement experience Proficient Oral & Written experience in the English language Skilled in Oracle ERP systems Immediate Joiner Preferred qualifications Any Master’s in the Supply Chain Domain Minimum 6 years of Proven Contract, Sourcing & procurement experience BEC Certified (Vantage & Above) in the English Language or Equivalent certification Skilled in Oracle/SAP/Power BI/Power Automate/ Automation Anywhere 360 ISM or CPSD Certified Professional Walk- in Interview on 13th March'24 at 11 AM Timings 11AM to 6PM Contact person :- HR Dhivakar S Salary up to 7LPA Location: HCL Tech, ELCOT – SEZ Unit -I Special Economic Zone 602/3, Shollinganallur Medavakkam High Road, Sholinganallur Chennai - 600 119.
