Industry: Fasteners (Preferred)

Qualification Post Graduate/ MBA (Mechanical preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels including cold calling

networking and referrals.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs preferences and industry trends.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers effectively.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve

targets.

Attend sales meetings training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and

sales skills.

Prepare and submit sales reports forecasts and activity logs regularly.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in the preparation of sales contracts quotations and proposals.

Stay updated on industry developments and competitors offerings to remain competitive in

the market.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Sales Marketing or Businessrelated field preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Selfmotivated and targetdriven.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
