The Position is URGENT I The candidates who can join immediately, only they can apply Jr Sous Chef / Sr CDP - Continental JD - Will be responsible to efficiently running of the department in line with brand and Corporate Strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Sous Chef is responsible managing /assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration. Eligibility - • BHM/B.A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (with specialization in the kitchen department), 3-4 years of experience as a Head of the Kitchen with a restaurant chain or Hotel Brand. • Area of specialisation in the kitchen should either be Continental/ Oriental or a Mix of Both. • Innovative, knowledge of menu planning and overall Menu Costing, good communication, guest relations and Personal relations , team building and handling.
