Muthoot Finance Ltd is looking for Regional Office Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Administrative Management: Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office, including office facilities, equipment, supplies, and administrative staff.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise and support office staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and support personnel. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure efficient and effective workflow and productivity.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting for the regional office. Monitor expenditures, track financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures to achieve budgetary targets and financial objectives.
- Human Resources Management: Manage human resources functions for the regional office, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the regional office and corporate headquarters, as well as other regional offices or departments within the organization. Facilitate communication, collaboration, and coordination of activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the region. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through responsive and effective communication and service delivery.
- Operational Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures for the regional office in alignment with corporate objectives and standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
