1. HR / ER Planning and Budgeting, Data Mgt. MIS and Analytics and workmen Recruitment
2. Workforce / Contract Labour Management and recruitment
3. Legal Compliances
4. Representation in Labour and Industrial Courts / High Court
5. Union Management, Grievances handling and Maintenance of Industrial Relations
6. Disciplinary Actions

Required education, experience, and skills:

• Master s degree in human resources
• 12-16 years of experience in Factory HR, IR, and HR Generalist role in a manufacturing industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Marathi)
• Must have analytical, stakeholder management and networking skills
• Hands on experience and well-versed IR / ER functions and profile.
• Ability to sustain work pressure and handle odd situations.
