- Union Management, Grievances handling and Maintenance of Industrial Relations

Required education, experience, and skills:
- Master s degree in human resources
- 12-16 years of experience in Factory HR, IR, and HR Generalist role in a manufacturing industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Marathi)
- Must have analytical, stakeholder management and networking skills
- Hands on experience and well-versed IR / ER functions and profile.
- Ability to sustain work pressure and handle odd situations.
