We have been core vendors from India for big retail brands such as Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, West Elm, Vangaurd Furniture, Crate & Barrel 2, H&M home etc. Our core strength is Metal Furniture mixed with different materials such as glass, marble, wood, resin etc. Manufacturing area : 2,50,000 sqft ++ Manufacturing unit – A-785, Harchandpur, bhiwadi industrial area The job location is Gurgaon Skills required Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An understanding of design and branding principles. communicates and co ordinates effectively with customers and the factory Will approach every project as an opportunity to solve a real business challenge. Able to develop relationships among architects, professionals and customers for luxury interior products. Diligently follow-up on all leads received from the marketing department Eye for detail. Ability to influence the decisions of customers Job responsibilities Administration tasks at the Retail store Inventory tracking Customer relation development Giving extra attention to certain HNI clients Accounting of total sales every day and communicating to the factory Target based sales Behaviour analysis and data collection from how customers react to different products, prices or any other stimulus and giving an opinion to the head office about it. Follow with potential clients Ensuring Customer complaints are met diligently People with prior experience in luxury retail and interiors would be given preference We value applicants who exude confidence, have panache and value ethics Education Qualifications required Any Undergrad diploma/degree holder Applicants with a degree in fashion/interior design Applicants might have to give a mock pitch.
