Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Office professional to join our team at Bhavya Constructions Private Limited. As a Front Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in receptionist duties, office administration, and possess excellent hospitality management skills, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate team member
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
  • Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and employees
