The Position

As a Senior Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

• Managing global operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Acting as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for Concur Expense.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Developing and managing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in business or finance.
• Excellent academic track record and grades.
• Minimum of 12+ years of relevant work experience, preferably within Finance offshoring centers.
• Minimum of 4+ years as a Manager for any Finance process in an offshoring center
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Project management skills, including change management.
• Proven people and performance management skills.
• Experience working with global stakeholders is preferred.
• Ability to operate on a strategic, tactical, and operational level.
• Experience with service culture and delivery, process standardization, and optimization.
• Experience working in an international company.
• LEAN/Six Sigma experience.
• Knowledge of SAP is a must.

About the Department

The Global P2P GBS is the offshoring unit of Global P2P and part of Finance GBS Bangalore. The Digital team in P2P GBS is responsible for managing end-user support for our Global P2P systems and other BI activities. With a focus on efficiency and innovation, our team works collaboratively to support the organization’s financial processes and ensure seamless operations.
