Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle prospecting, calls, meetings, and follow-up
  • Building, refining, updating, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects
  • Direct and coordinate all aspects of the sales plan by account to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the organization
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and assigned territories
  • Responsible for incremental sales and expanding to all other business units of the client
  • Responsible for actively managing client portfolios understanding client needs, applying consultative selling,
  • Cultivating references and developing appropriate product solutions in collaboration with client service, product, technology, and other areas to optimize product and service delivery.
  • Independently manage midsized existing client portfolio of existing revenue customers
  • Expected to grow portfolio's profitably through effective account management, account plans and implementation of new product rollouts
  • Ensures sales administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Prepares and provides correspondence, briefings, and reports
  • Thorough knowledge of SaaS products, market/industry, and the Indian market landscape
  • Typically 3+ years of sales and industry experience, or related client service experience
  • Key competencies include: adaptability, business analysis skills, organizational skills, problem solving, results-oriented, project management, quality focus, self-motivation, team player
  • The ability to work both as part of a team as well as individually running clients or projects
  • Good all round communication skills, both written and spoken, and strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and build relationships with internal staff and external clients
