Role: Application Administrator

Job Description

• Resourcing
• Application administrator
• Expertise with ERP Financial and HR Modules from any of the below ERPs but not limited to other ERPs as well
• Oracle
• SAP
• People soft
• Domain Expertise in the following areas is the Key.
• AR
• Journal entries
• Experience with workflows.
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to interact with the end users.
• Patch Management.
• Roles and user management
• application troubleshooting
• working with integrations
• workflow development and generation
• work with batch scheduler
• technical application support
• technical support for CRM or SAP systems, Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Tasks may involve designing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software
• Open, manage, and resolve application issues with external application vendors
• Create and maintain technical documentation for environments, including network diagrams,
• installation and configuration procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, and operational procedures
• Tune system performance as required
