Job description
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales programs that maximize sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts, overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.
Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the area in support of organisation sales objectives Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates Prepares and completes action plans and implements , productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Resolves problems, ,identifies trends, and implements change when necessary. Maintains and expands customer base by , building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
