Job description

Zigsaw is seeking a motivated and well-spoken Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your primary duty will be to convert pre-qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers by using upselling techniques to guarantee a great customer experience. To excel as a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you should be target driven, independent, and able to gather market intelligence. You will also be responsible for meeting set objectives independently, ensuring revenues, margins, and collections are accounted for and for owning up to the opportunities through successful POC till submitting commercial proposals. You should be ready to learn, develop and grow skills required for the job. Qualification, Certification & Experience Required: Educational Qualification: Any Graduation, Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounts. Certification Requirement: Well experienced with web presentation tools and CRM. Required Experience: Min 1 Year of relevant experience, Prior experience as an Inside Sales Representative.
