Job description
To ensures all data is recorded in the appropriate databases .

- Reviewing all warehouse movement and informing finance management for any problems observed on time to solve properly (Inventory Mov, Stock cover).
Â
- Monitor TPL third party logistic services and assuring issuance of invoices on monthly bases and the invoice amont calculated correctly based on the approved agreement.
Â
- Weekly Random Coun based on ABC analysis, and providing the report of result on daily bases. All the company inventory must be counted twice a year as a minimum.

- Counting the selectedc VAN properely and on time, providing the result of counting on daily bases .Â
Â
- Monitoring the discripancy between actual GRN and suppliers bills, and assuring the posting of GRN on ERP within 24 hours, and issuing the related repor to it Daily Inventory Journal Report .Â

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field.
Â
Minimum 1 year Gulf experience in any accounting field.
