What we’re looking for:
This role will play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships at local, and regional level across the country. You will have to be proactive and passionate, capable of creating your own sales leads as well as rapidly converting centrally driven enquiries.
- Achieving business KPIs through cross departmental collaboration, team Management and relationship management skills
- Drive key partnerships with lead aggregators / Fintechs players across products such as unsecured personal loans, small ticket personal loans etc in retail individual lending
- Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them and accountable for delivery on business from each of the partners.
- Lead a team of alliance managers to manage key partners and product development group working on product / platform roadmap
- Maintain all aspects of partnership go-to-market, ensuring that both parties hit their respective timelines prior, during, and after launch
- Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive user growth and revenue and manage P&L.
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, outbound and inbound campaign development etc.
- Monitor portfolio quality on regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps
- Accountable for end-to-end implementation of the intervention, ensuring coherence between all stakeholders for timely delivery of goals and achieving the impact outcomes.
- Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team
- Deep understanding of Lending products (secured/unsecured/other lending products)
- Understanding of co-lending operations, customer journey, tech integration, MIS reporting's
- Depth of rigour to operational effectiveness, excellence in execution, new product/market entry and client acquisition through to onboarding and servicing
- Aligning with the products team to develop & modify the products as per the domestic trend & needs of the end user.
You will be a great fit if:
- You have managed a team of managers
- You’ve spent at least 5+ years at a business with a payments or Fintech business in a partnership or business development role, and overall work experience of 13 years
- You have handled a portfolio of retail/sole proprietors/individual borrowers.
- You have previous experience in Fintech, preferably handling partnerships, alliances, etc.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset of getting things done.
- You have proven results of recruiting and managing an entire team.
- You have a record of driving the team & achieving the desired results.
- You will be incredibly self-motivated and conscientious, wanting to make a real difference to the business.
