Technical Architect- AEM Exp : 10 +Yrs Position Summary Adobe is looking to employ a passionate, enthusiastic and consulting focused candidate into the India professional services team. This team is responsible for working directly with customers and prospects to match business problems to technology, providing technical skills on the ground with customers and alongside partners as well as evangelizing the value of Adobeu2019s vast array of technologies. Responsibilities
u2022To architect, design and develop solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery.u2022Hands-on and implement the solutions along with a technically focused team to provide in-depth technical expertise in design and planning of solutions.u2022Build solutions on top of AEM Sites and Assets.u2022Ability to drive discovery sessions with customers & translate business requirements to technical specifications and provide solutioning for the implementation team.u2022Create and Integrate content-driven applications on top of AEM Core platform and seamless integration with other systemsu2022Define implementation processes and best practicesu2022Handle Demos and POCs for Customers.u2022Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team.u2022Review Code and ensure code quality, readability and security.u2022Hands-on contribution as part of the team and lead the day-to-day technical activities bringing in excellence in implementation.u2022Work closely with customers, developers, testers, System Administrators and business analysts to build AEM solutions.u2022Provide solutions in integrating third-party systems with AEM as part of overallarchitecture.u2022Provide leadership and direction to the team by leading the projects in Agile methodology taking on the different roles as required in the project.u2022Ability to deliver value to customers through our products and help them solve their business challenges.
Requirements
u2022Must: Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combinedwith a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
u2022Must: Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components,touch UI dialogs etc., and AEM development
u2022Must: Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services andcomponents
u2022Must: Deep understanding of the AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration,Clustering
u2022Must: Deep understanding in Java, web development experience, other Content Managementsystem experience
u2022Must: Expertise with core web technologies including XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side Scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementationsu2022Preferred: Expertise in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix.u2022Must: Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applicationsu2022Must: Very good communication skills, influencing & negotiation skillsu2022Preferred: Good understanding of and hands- on development experience with relevant 'Java CMS' frameworks including Apache Sling for content- centric application development, JCR and JSR- 170 / JSR- 283 for Content Management, JSR- 168 and JSR- 286 for Portal development, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.u2022Preferred: Good Understanding of Integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud Products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc.u2022Preferred: Good Understanding of Latest Features in AEMu2022Overall experience of 6 - 10+ years with 5+ years of AEM experience.
