About Give Grants : Give Grants enable large Indian corporations to deliver maximum social impact. Amplified by technology and anchored in impact, we support the entire grant making lifecycle. Through the India Covid Response Fund (ICRF), we partnered with various institutions globally to deploy INR 800+ crore of institutional grants (CSR, foundations & employee giving). In Oct 2022 Give acquired the CSR business from Goodera and combined with its own institutional giving practice, to launch Give Grants with a sharp focus on ‘making CSR giving better’ in India.

Give Grants is now an end-to-end giving partner with offerings that include: a SaaS platform for CSR monitoring & evaluation and compliance a wide range of CSR services including partner identification, diligence, monitoring & evaluation, impact reporting, compliance and impact assessment CSR focused collectives

About the role The Implementation team is part of the Centre of Excellence and is responsible for the implementation, configuration and customization of Give’s product offerings based on client processes, requirements and use cases. The role of the Implementation Manager involves owning up the entire technical implementations, leading the team to deliver the required solutions along with driving the client engagement for a portfolio of clients during the entire product implementation and post implementation support phase.

Responsibilities and outcomes -

1. Functional and Technical Responsibilities Collaborate with the client to understand their existing processes and future requirements for digitisation of CSR processes and data visualization. To have a deep understanding of the functional and technical capabilities of the product to be able to map the client requirements. Consult the client about the best practices in implementation and data visualization. Guide the team technically and functionally enabling them to deliver high quality solutions. Responsible for planning, monitoring and execution of the implementation projects across the clients in the portfolio. Develop mechanisms and processes for enhancing the quality of delivery, improving the monitoring & planning of projects and reducing the deployment efforts. Improve product implementation process through innovative processes and reusable, scalable and efficient designs. Collaborate with peers to design processes and framework for improvements across the Center of Excellence team.

Cross Team Collaboration Collaborate actively with the client engagement team to understand and improve client experience. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand technical feasibility of typical client requirements, resolve product issues impacting platform experience of the clients and provide suggestions for product roadmap based on understanding of client requirements. Collaborate with the platform operation team to ensure proper handover of the implemented solution and together deliver client success.

Team Management Leading a team of 5-10 members to enable them to deliver timely and high-quality deliverables. Guide, track, monitor and support the team in their technical and functional deliverables. Align the team with organizational, technical and functional OKRs, ensure capability building in the team through training/workshops, develop cross-learning opportunities, track and improve individual performance. Take charge of resource alignment, planning and management for their portfolio of clients. Understand, simplify, and communicate new product features to team members.

Requirements What are we looking for? Technical education background is mandatory. 6- 8 years’ experience in technical product implementation and customization. 3+ years' experience in leading teams and managing projects. Experience in leading technical discussions with clients. Good understanding and experience of ETL processes and hands-on experience in SQL Experience with implementation and management of SaaS platforms. Prior experience with data visualization tools will be desirable. Ability to create frameworks and guidelines to ensure implementation excellence. Stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration, client engagement and relationship building skills. Exposure to CSR domain or equivalent consulting experience is a plus. A passionate coach for your high performing team and ability to empower the team, lead with empathy and integrity.
