Job Role: Senior Manager (IT Product Sales) (Diversity Hiring Only)
Experience: 8-12 Years Job Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore Notice Period: 0 to 45 days About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager (IT Product Sales) to join our growing team in Gurgaon or Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales, business development, and governance of our Data Center Colocation products. You will play a key role in driving revenue and market share in this rapidly growing industry. Responsibilities: Lead Business Development: - Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and revenue for Data Center Colocation products. - Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify new opportunities. - Build strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners. Technical Expertise: - Provide expert consultation and design solutions for Data Center Colocation needs of Government, Large & Mid Enterprise customers across various sectors. - Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer requirements. Deal Management: - Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, ensuring smooth - collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance). - Drive proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization to secure deals. Qualifications: Education: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA a plus). Experience: - 8-12 years of experience in Data Center Colocation, Managed IT Services, Pre-sales/Business Development, or IT Infrastructure. Skills: - Strong understanding of Data Center Colocation industry and solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - High-level and low-level design document creation, proposal writing, and Bill of Materials preparation experience. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies. - Strong leadership and collaboration skills. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
